Impactful Leadership Teams

What is the Impactful Leadership Teams programme?
People make a business, but leadership teams only thrive when each member plays to their strengths. Too often, responsibilities are allocated based on role or experience rather than energy and motivation. The result is leaders working hard, but not where they add the most value.
That mismatch often shows up as frustration. One leader wants to shut down debate and move straight to action, while another needs to explore the “why” before making a decision. Without understanding each other’s natural approaches, or proclivities, it’s easy for energy to clash instead of combine.
Our programme changes that. Each leader understands their own GC Index® proclivities, showing where they get their energy and how they contribute. We then bring the team together to map the collective picture, highlight gaps and explore how to improve communication, motivation and alignment.
The GC Index® provides a shared language and framework that helps leaders understand themselves and each other, play to their strengths, manage differences and collaborate more effectively. This creates a stronger, more energised leadership team, capable of driving performance across the business.
By the end, you’ll know where your team’s strengths lie, where gaps exist and how to harness energy more effectively for both cultural and commercial results.
What’s the benefit for your business?
When leadership teams are energised and aligned, culture improves, communication strengthens, and decisions get easier. The result is leaders who understand themselves and each other more deeply, a team that shares work in line with where energy lies, and stronger performance across the business.
- Unlock hidden potential by helping leaders focus on the work that energises them most.
- Improve communication and reduce friction with a shared language across leadership.
- Build alignment around goals and strategy so leaders push in the same direction.
- Create a culture of understanding, where leaders recognise each other’s strengths and adapt to bring out the best in the team.
- Fuel both commercial and cultural success with a leadership team that plays to its collective strengths.

How does the training work?
The result is a leadership team that understands itself, speaks the same language and is bursting with energy. This course will make your leadership team work together like never before.
What people said about learning with Melo
Ben took the time to listen, understand what we wanted to achieve and provide insight from his years of experience. I feel comfortable that we are being guided by someone who knows what they are doing and, more importantly, listens to what we want and does what he says he’ll do.
Ben is thoughtful, inquisitive, knowledgeable, and forward-thinking. His support and insight helped hugely to deliver a first-class and rewarding session to a room of senior industry figures.
We had a great experience working with Ben on strategic marketing workshops. They were a huge support from start to finish, thanks to his talented facilitation and organisational skills. His knowledge and understanding of the financial planning profession was a big bonus too.
