Our Rocket Fuel programme gives you everything you need to hone your leadership skills and make your firm epic.

How we work our Melo magic

You’ll start by spending a full week with us in person for an intensive coaching workshop. In that week, we’ll cover:

Creating you

Switch to a growth mindset and reset your internal thermostat. We'll get you to set goals and show you how to create a transformational business plan.

Exit strategies

Whenever exit may be, we’ll explain the types of sale, what acquirers want, how to get ready for sale, how to find a match and how the acquisition process works.

Business basics

Discover different business structures. Plus, learn how to read accounts, identify which numbers matter, how to insure your business and raise finance.

Creating a culture

Culture eats strategy for breakfast. Make sure the culture of your firm accurately reflects your values and beliefs. It can make or break a business.

Know your people

Understand your proclivities (inbuilt preferences) and use them to your advantage. We’ll also review your people and their strengths and weaknesses.

Effective communication

You can’t have a successful business without communicating effectively. Learn how to speak with your team, new clients and existing clients.

Building a proposition

Uncover goals-based planning and how you can use it to revolutionise your business. We create simple, easy-to-understand, yet effective propositions.

Embracing technology

Embedding technology is never easy. You can use it to improve the client experience and make your life easier, including utilising AI in financial services.

Oversight in business

In business, processes can change quickly. We’ll look at the modern way to manage training and competency, and explore smart compliance.

Driving performance

We’ll look into the psychology of sales, how to effectively run sales teams and tips for dealing with underperformance in the workplace.

Creating sticky change

Change projects can fail; that’s how the cookie crumbles. We’ll look into why and create an effective vision for change and how to bring people with you.

outcome

You’ll leave with a business plan and change strategy to take your business to the next level. Plus, a community of like-minded business owners to bounce off.

What happens next?

You’ll be supported for 12 months, giving you what you need to achieve your business goals. Every two months, you’ll get a 60-minute online coaching session to discuss progress and help with any challenges.

You’re not doing this on your own. Each quarter, we’ll bring your cohort together to talk through successes, share challenges and help each other to succeed. You’ll also have a WhatsApp group to support each other on your journey and we’ll keep you in the right mindset by sending regular messages with our best ideas and motivational posts.
